iBCU: integrated Brake Control Unit can be applied to various projects because of its flexibility.
iBCU is certificated Safety Integrated Level (SIL) 4 and CMMI Level 2. Brake Control pressure of emergency braking is controlled by Mechanical Variable Load Valve without Software.
High accuracy braking is achieved by using coefficient friction compensate control.
Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) function for mechanical parts is supported.
